Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond

The staff beautifully decorated our suite for Christmas, delighting our grandchildren with a small tree and treats. Their genuine care made our family celebration special.

Staff was wonderful room was lovely pool maintained stay was great!

Room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was good.

For the money, I really thought a mini-fridge would be in the room. The pool was nice but seemed over-chlorinated.

We had a lovely stay, especially with the festive decorations for the kids and a spacious Family Suite. Breakfast was decent but could use more fruit options. Would definitely return again!

A Great Family Stay with Nice Touches

The staff went the extra mile by providing a small decorated Christmas tree and gift bags for the children. Breakfast was good, though a few more fruit options would have been nice. This hotel excels at creating a cute family atmosphere.

We spend 1 night in Richmond lovely. The staff was attentive, super friendly all the time. We stayed in the queen room equipped with king size bed and kitchenette and Whirlpool bath.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here with 3 grandkids and it was fantastic! The staff decorated the place beautifully with a small tree and treat bags. Our Family Suite was spacious.

For dads, it would be great if there was a wider breakfast selection.

Check the breakfast schedule and arrive early to avoid missing popular items like eggs and meat.

The hotel is clean and reasonably spacious with extremely friendly staff members. The venue offers particularly good and unbeatable location close enough to Richmond, IN as well as restaurants and easy freeway access.

the toilet had some issues flushing but the room was huge and clean. breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff were super helpful. easy access from the highway was a huge plus! !

The pool area was pleasant, but the ice machine was out of order.

Awesome place with its excellent wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. On my first stay, they helped me with a late departure, which I appreciated. Always returning for business trips!

The internet connection was inconsistent .

The hotel was a good base for exploring-went to the local art museum and checked out a nearby park. The comfy beds and friendly staff. Just a heads up, the bathroom is a bit cramped, so plan accordingly.

The only downside was that I couldn't get the internet to work. The splash page just wouldn't launch on any browser, a bit frustrating.
